Open fermented, basket pressed an then carefully bottled with no filtration after two years of maturation in seasoned American and French oak hogsheads.
Founded in 1996 Para Creek represents the traditional winemaking of the Barossa while expressing the unique flavours and characteristics of each individual vineyard fermented separately.
