Barrel Select
This range represents a combination of selected vineyards that show exceptional quality during the barrel selection process. They typically have new French oak components in the Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz whilst while the Grenache and Mataro are in older oak.
Our barrel select wines show the art of blending vineyards of the same grape varieties adding layers of texture, complexity and flavour from the small tapestry of vineyards in the Barossa.
